You'll be responsible for the following:
- Manages a team of insighting managers or specialists, providing direction, guidance and motivation to accomplish set KPIs
- Monitors and reports the business scorecard, providing insights on how to meet targets, and raises red flags in case of potential misses
- Based on data, provides actionable insights to increase sales, usage, and improve product performance
- Looks at both internal and external data, and helps the business identify opportunities and mitigate risks to ensure sustained growth
We are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering is required
- At least 10 years experience in business analytics or insighting
- Must have excellent leadership, people and communication skills
- Business acumen and strategic thinking skills are required
- Attention to detail, business acumen and good time management skills are a must
- Proficiency in visualization tools is preferred (e.g., Looker, PowerBI)
