Business Continuity Management Activities
Partner with business, enabling, and governance groups and provide guidance throughout the end-to-end Business Continuity Management Journey:
Business Impact Analysis
Business Continuity Planning
Business Continuity Plan Testing & Exercises
Validate and synthesize BIA results, contingency plans, and critical resources.
Communicate BIA results with the unit heads and relevant verticals within the Risk Group.
Provide guidance and recommendations on contingency planning.
Assist in facilitating plan testing and exercises, conduct post-mortem reviews, and complete after-action reports.
Report results and escalate issues and action items to the management, the business, enabling, and governance groups, and BPCM.
Consolidate and synthesize unit BCPs to an entity-wide BCP
3rd Party Business Continuity Plan Assessment
Ensures that all applicable 3rd Parties of the business, enabling, and governance groups undergo the 3rd party BCP Assessment
Assist proponents in handling 3rd party requirements in terms of business continuity.
Reviews business continuity provisions and service level agreements in contracts with 3rd parties.
Others
Assists in the planning, organizing, and facilitating awareness and training programs, as applicable, for all levels within the business continuity organizational structure.

Skills and Functional Competencies:
Proven experience in ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System), and knowledge in BSP Circular 951, MORNBFI and BSP Circular 808
Minimum of 3 years experience in business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery
Analytical, highly adaptable and fast learner
Highly organized and keen attention to details
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Extensive experience in conducting business impact analysis and business continuity strategy planning
Exceptional interpersonnal skills
Certification in Busines Continuity is a plus
