Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients to increase campaign value and over-all revenue while also providing added value to clients.
Campaign Implementation, Launch and Delivery
Launch client campaigns that are accurate, efficient, following a timely execution that adheres to client-approved parameters.
Continuously monitor, assess and optimize campaign performance. Recommend and implement data-driven changes to ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative elements.
Proactively monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Where possible, conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign variations and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the campaign goals with overall business objectives and ensure campaigns are delivering the committed KPIs, spends and pacing.
Identify potential technical problems before they impact ad campaigns, and implement timely solutions to maintain optimal performance.
Generate regular reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing insights and actionable recommendations highlighting key achievements and areas for further optimization.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with GCash's products or services. Foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, contributing to revenue generation.
Be proactive in supporting clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. By being proactive and anticipating client needs, prevent problems from escalating and ensure that clients remain satisfied, thereby safeguarding revenue streams.
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty to increase client retention and reduce churn.
Build trusting relationships with clients by advocating for their needs and ensuring their voices and interests are championed within the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop streamlined processes and logical workarounds that simplify client compliance while upholding company risk management and compliance policies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Mitigate risk by adhering to GCash compliance standards and guaranteeing that all client interactions and transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with the cross functional teams to establish competitive pricing, efficient turnaround times and strategic ad offerings.
2+ years experience of client servicing, campaign management, media planning, or ad operations, with significant time spent working with agencies or digital publishers.
Deep understanding of the digital ad operations ecosystem, media product pricing strategies, ad serving and trafficking, campaign management tools and campaign valuation methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and has a client-first attitude.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
