- Partners with selling teams to enable and negotiate annual and strategic buys from key partners
- Builds joint business plans with sales and agencies
- Develops strategic selling initiatives for GCash marketing solutions portfolio
- Works with Product teams to enable and optimize direct and indirect programmatic sales
- Manages assigned client performance and end-to-end sales channels / funnels - Work with the marketing team to enable leads generation, primarily in online channels
- Reviews, recommends, and provides guidance in developing commercial partnership proposals
- Ensures effective pitches and presentations to top partner leadership teams
- Strategizes on short-term and long-term plans for assigned channels / industries / brands - Contributes to the analysis of budgets, preparation of annual budget plans, manages assigned expenditures
- Ensures that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Cultivates and deepen relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creates a highly productive team by working on result-oriented goals
