ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Our go-to-market team is growing and we are looking for a Digital / Brand Designer that will bring creative vision and exceptional design skills to life, shaping how our rewards program, CashBack+, connects with both our partners and their consumers. This role will be key in creating high-quality, on-brand visuals that elevate our marketing efforts. 


You’ll own and enhance our brand by working within visual brand guidelines and pushing the boundaries to deliver impactful designs. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced/start-up environment, produce high-quality work on tight deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback will make you successful in this position. Additionally, your strong suit is an ability to adapt and prioritize effectively by efficiently managing competing demands and balancing input from multiple stakeholders while meeting project goals. This is an in-office position in our Flatiron office and offers significant opportunities for growth and collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Play a pivotal role in crafting compelling campaigns and experiences that drive user acquisition and engagement while simultaneously enabling our partners to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, executive leaders and cross functional teams to design, develop and execute creative concepts for our partners’ channels, as well as for our own channels
  • Create visually compelling assets for all channels including emails, landing pages, decks, ad creatives, print materials, blog graphics, social assets, event experiences and more 
  • Design graphics, motion content, and visuals for digital ads
  • Prototype designs in Figma, present work to cross-functional partners, and participate in design reviews to refine ideas through feedback
  • Design and evolve brand assets that push boundaries and set new standards
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels
  • Proactively identify opportunity areas for improvement to elevate visual storytelling
  • Propose fresh ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 3+ years of relevant design experience; fintech experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Outstanding portfolio showing a strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and balance
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Sketch), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience creating visual identity guidelines (fonts, palettes, logos, etc.)
  • Strong skills in branding, interactive design, and crafting visually compelling work
  • Track record of delivering high-quality work, on time for complex projects, involving several stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly based on new information from leadership 
  • Curiosity with the desire to always maintain a user-centered mindset
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

$85,000 - $130,000 a year
The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000-$130,000 with an equity component as well.
