Main purpose of the role:

As the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will lead digital marketing initiatives for IPF Digital and Provident markets. This role requires strong project management, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery aligned with business goals, and provide regular updates to management.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee digital marketing projects from start to finish;
• Collaborate with various teams to create and implement strategies that boost engagement, traffic, and conversions;
• Help markets achieve business goals with tailored strategies;
• Convert complex data into clear insights for teams and stakeholders;
• Identify risks early and develop solutions;
• Serve as the main contact between the HUB team and markets, providing updates and addressing concerns;
• Use project management tools to streamline workflows and communication;
• Conduct industry analysis to inform and optimize campaigns;
• Monitor KPIs, assess effectiveness, and improve ROI;
• Manage budgets efficiently for cost-effective campaigns;
• Ensure best practices and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR);
• Maintain high standards in project execution to meet business objectives.

Essential skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field;
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) is desired;
• 2-5+ years in digital marketing project management or related role;
• Fluency in written and verbal business English is essential;
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
• Strong project management expertise;
• Deep digital marketing knowledge;
• Analytical and data-driven decision making;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
• Risk management and process optimization;
• Understanding of web technologies, UX principles, and marketing automation platforms;
• Ability to interpret consumer behavior insights and align marketing initiatives;
• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends;
• Awareness of industry regulations and compliance;
• Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, DV360, SA360;
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies.
