About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead several engineering teams (up to 50 people in total) building cutting‑edge banking and fintech products. In this role, you will combine strong technical skills with proven leadership to set clear goals, drive delivery, and build scalable processes. Experience with multi‑platform products (web, mobile, API) and AI integration is a plus. If you enjoy shaping technical strategy, growing people, and keeping teams ahead of the market, we would love to meet you.

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading 30 + engineers.
• Background in banking or fintech (nice to have).
• Deep technical knowledge and solid understanding of modern architectures.
• Ability to manage several teams at once, including distributed teams.
• Track record of setting up efficient development processes, hiring, and talent growth.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

• Work with cross‑platform products: web, mobile, APIs.
• Successful introduction of AI tools into development or team processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile practices and performance metrics.

• Lead multiple engineering teams (up to 50 people) to deliver key products and solutions.
• Build scalable management processes and provide strong technical leadership.
• Introduce best practices and continuously improve engineering efficiency.
• Hold regular 1‑on‑1 meetings, run performance reviews, and guide career development.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to reach shared goals.
• Contribute to strategic architecture planning and overall technical direction.
• Adopt and roll out modern technologies and AI solutions to boost quality and innovation.
