This is an opportunity for an extremely high achieving and ambitious graduate to join a hyper-growth fintech start-up that is rapidly changing the financial service industry in the emerging markets of SE Asia.

The role of Business Analyst at First Circle involves significant responsibility to lead integral company-wide projects. We are growing the strongest team in SE Asia and seek talented graduates that share our level of ambition.

This role provides unparalleled exposure to venture-building across all departments. Often reporting directly to the C-level, you will be faced with projects and responsibilities which will require innovative problem solving and sustained application. Success is dependent on your ability to demonstrate strong ownership and be able to consistently deliver to a high level under pressure.

Candidates will receive a large amount of training, development and responsibility - far beyond what is available in a conventional job.

This role requires relocation to Manila, Philippines, offering a unique opportunity to embrace a new professional challenge while embarking on an exciting adventure in a dynamic environment.

- A graduate from a top university graduating by Summer 2025 with a minimum 2.1 grade (graduates have to date joined from Warwick, LSE, Trinity, Bocconi, UCD)

- Proven leadership and high work-ethic, exemplified for example by involvement in student societies or extra-curricular activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach

- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
