Job Purpose

We are looking for a Growth Business Analyst to play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across marketing, customer acquisition, and business growth initiatives. This position will focus on analyzing marketing performance, optimizing growth strategies, and delivering actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and revenue.


As part of the growth team, you will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize user journeys, and define strategic growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Marketing & Campaign Insights-
  • Analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, flyers, booths, referrals, etc.) to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Define data collection processes to measure and monitor channel performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Customer Experience & Optimization-
  • Analyze customer journeys from onboarding to advocacy to identify pain points and engagement opportunities.
  • Specify data requirements for user segmentation and targeted notifications.
  • Monitor and assess marketing journey performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Growth Strategy & Performance-
  • Collaborate with the Growth Director to build quarterly growth reports and define key growth metrics.
  • Participate in growth portfolio reviews and help allocate marketing resources effectively.
  • Support in defining and testing new growth tactics and experiments.
  • Assist in cascading growth strategies to the marketing team and key stakeholders.
  • Marketing Performance & Analytics-
  • Define performance metrics for all marketing initiatives.
  • Establish benchmarks and set targets for key growth metrics.
  • Monitor performance and lead weekly review meetings with the marketing team.
  • Engage with marketing stakeholders to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.


Must-have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with event analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in structuring performance analysis and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and insights to stakeholders.


Nice-to-have qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
  • Previous experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and attribution modeling.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
