DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the planning and development of Fuse for Business’ go-to market launch plans and pilot activities with the goal of establishing awareness and sustainable growth through a differentiated unique value proposition and marketing mix.

Lead the planning and development of Loan Finder’s full year brand marketing plans with the goal of ensuring baseline user growth, consistent awareness, and an uptrend in brand health.

Co-craft customer-centric features in the platform with the Product Owner and consequently leading the development and execution of product marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and retention.

Lead regular business analyses of Fuse for Business products and Loan Finder, and turn them into integrated strategies and executions to ensure exponential growth and target delivery.

Champion the voice of the consumer in both Fuse for Business and Loan Finder’s end to end experience by taking charge in regular consumer immersions and market validations to ensure best-in-class experience and increase use case penetration

Excellence in brand financial management to ensure investment efficiency across the Fuse B2B PnL line.

SKILLS:

Start-Up Mindset - With the B2B suite of products being both new to Fuse and to the market, an inventive mindset is required to build these innovations from the ground up (from development to go-to market) and set up the B2B side of the Fuse business.

Innovation & Creativity – This role requires a tenacious approach to reinventing the way we do marketing, as well as coming up with new ways to execute with the goal of cutting thru the advertising clutter

Trend Pioneer – Given the nature of the platform, the role requires a keen sense of up and coming trends, and the potential business they can deliver to Fuse

Business Acumen – As an end-to-end business leader, it is expected that the candidate has strong commercial foresight, detail-oriented measurement, and honest evaluation of topline and bottom line performance

Consumer Love – As a part of the customer team, it is required for the usage lead to be passionate in immersing with our current and potential users, and build the ability to speak for them inside the meeting rooms
