Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing a team of IT professionals responsible for cloud application performance and capacity management.
- Developing and executing a strategic roadmap to improve performance monitoring, application optimization, and capacity planning.
- Overseeing the performance monitoring of cloud-based applications, ensuring they meet defined performance criteria and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Managing capacity planning for cloud environments to ensure resources are effectively utilized and cost-optimized. Collaborating with cloud architects to ensure that the cloud infrastructure is optimized for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Leading the investigation and resolution of critical performance issues or capacity constraints, ensuring timely recovery and minimal business impact.
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations or application performance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and performance management tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
- Proven expertise in capacity planning, cloud resource management, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application architectures and microservices.
- Experience working with distributed systems, containers (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
