Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Formulate and implement strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and businesses (Enterprise, MSME, Distribute Trade and Public Sector), developing habituation for existing ones; and increasing usage and basket size for GCash products (use case). This includes working closely with the Marketing Teams to analyze consumer and business opportunities and co-creating integrated marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, commercial and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of consumer and business strategies and marketing initiatives.
Market Research and Consumer Insights: Lead efforts with Market Research and Analytics Team to understand the unique needs and behaviors of the micro-segments, utilizing insights to drive tailored marketing & commercial approaches.
Execution Excellence: Oversee end to end project management from planning, development and execution of targeted big plays, campaigns and activity platforms, ensuring alignment with segment needs and company objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular alignments with working and leadership teams, integrating internal and external metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
