As a Human Resources Apprentice, you will be joining the People Operations team composed of 11 members (7 members in France and 4 members in the other offices) and you will be contributing to Qonto’s success by providing the best-in-class employee experience to all our Qontoers.
The objective of the apprenticeship is to make you discover the different aspects and mission of a Human Resources role.
Location: Paris office
Preferred rhythm: 4 days at Qonto, 1 day at school
Starting: September 2025
👩💻🧑💻 As a Human Resources Apprentice at Qonto, you will
Help the People Operations team in the different business units of Qonto:
• Daily Operations: Be a point of contact to Qontoers respond to any day-to-day queries on HR rules and standards
• HR Policies and Processes: Help the People Ops team to apply human resources policies, procedures, contracts for interns and apprentices
• HRIS/Data accuracy: Support the regular updates of the HRIS/people data to guarantee accuracy (Workday)
• Support People Ops: managing absences and medical appointments
🤔 What you can expect
• Championship on any HR lifecycle topics of employees by partnering with an amazing team
• Experience in implementing HR policies in a scale-up
• Hands-on experience using HRIS in a FinTech Company
• Agility or how to adapt constantly to scale in HR whilst keeping a high-quality level of HR standards!
🤝 About your future manager
You will work with Elise Daviau, our Lead People Operations Manager at Qonto. With over five years here, she expertly scales HR operations to support rapid growth and leads a team in optimizing processes and ensuring compliance. Elise’s career highlights include international payroll management and a focus on fostering a high-performance culture.

• Teamwork: You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust
• Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Languages: You are fluent in English and in French
• Dynamism & Reactivity: You are a dynamic person, eager to get things done or to find solutions, you are quite reactive to requests
• Academic background: You are currently doing a French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management, French labor law, or a relevant field
• A first experience in HR, ideally in Operation, would be a plus !
