We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support Specialist to join our Customer Support at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization.



❗This is a Full-time, permanent position


📍 Location:

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work at least 3 days a week in our Apeldoorn office, located at Fauststraat 3, 7323 BA Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

What you will be doing:
  • Provide support to customers alongside your colleagues
  • Advise customers on the optimal use of our desktop and Cloud software solutions
  • Work with diverse infrastructures and application landscapes across various customer environments
  • Bridge the gap between customer needs and the capabilities of our software products
  • Utilize your IT knowledge to enhance our software and improve customer experience daily
  • Contribute to maintaining and supporting high-quality software solutions
  • Continuously develop your skills and grow within the team
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to assist customers and collaborate with colleagues
