Responsibilities:
  • Leads day-to-day development of brand communications strategies and frameworks for Masterbrand and Product Campaigns for B2C and B2B
  • Crafts and presents insightful, intelligent, and inspirational communication briefs and communication strategies to internal and external partners after analyzing business brief from Growth Marketing Team, market research, competitive analysis and internal data
  • Design and dissect the value proposition and communications plan for Acquisition, Usage and Retention campaigns across business units and ensures alignment with Total Brand architecture and Business Objectives
  • Works closely with Go-To-Market Planners, Media, PR, Social and Creatives to develop and consult on customer engagement plans that integrate key messages to the appropriate mix of media channels and assess post-campaign effectiveness
  • Assists in crafting speeches, write-ups, presentations, and communication materials for Corporate Branding Initiatives internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications arts and the like
  • At least 4 years experience in Marketing or Advertising Strategic Planning Role from Brand Companies or Creative Agency
  • High Business and Communication Analysis Skills – Has the ability to translate business challenges into communication tasks
  • Ability to craft and assess sharp human/consumer insights from Quantitative and Qualitative Research (e.g. UAI, BHT, UX studies) and assess appropriate data/ Market Research needed
  • Expert level understanding of brand and communication strategies, strategic frameworks, cross-channel strategies and tools and consumer behavior and habits
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting/ interacting with Executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively amongst multiple priorities in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Experience with Digital Services and e-Commerce Marketing is preferred
