ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Does and Delivers (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

  • Sales Funnel Management

    • Oversee the entire B2B sales funnel, ensuring effective lead tracking and conversion.

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve the conversion rate.

    • Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of the sales funnel and provide actionable insights to improve it.

    • Enhance

    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with business targets.

  • System Enhancement

    • Collaborate with enabling teams to implement a proper CRM tool to manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with business targets.

  • Partner Compliance

    • Ensure that all B2B partners undergo timely and accurate ReKYM processes, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.

    • Initiate ReKYM processes for partners due for review, coordinating with B2B Ops and Sales Admin to collect, verify, and update necessary documentation.

    • Maintain a centralized dashboard to track the ReKYM status of each merchant, flagging any issues or risks to senior management.

  • Offboarding Management

  • Manage the lifecycle of merchant accounts, including the suspension of wallets for non-compliance or inactivity, and ensure proper documentation and communication with partners.

  • Oversee off-boarding processes for B2B partners, ensuring that all procedures are followed for the safe closure of accounts while mitigating risks.

  • Work closely with B2B Ops and Service Configuration teams to ensure that wallet suspensions and off-boardings are executed in line with internal policies and external regulations.


  • Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)

  • Lifecycle Management

    • Strong understanding of the fintech and B2B financial services landscape, including regulations, compliance, and account lifecycle management.

    • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales funnel management software, and data tracking platforms.

  • Data Driven

    • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions to improve sales and client retention.

  • Project Management

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proactively identify accounts at risk and take necessary actions to either reinstate or properly suspend the wallet services.
