Leads Generation and closing sales:
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Drives the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Makes presentations to senior managers and decision makers
- Able to discuss basic products and services relevant to the customer
- Identifies points of negotiation and points to close deals
- Business Development
- Scopes and understands the key processes and financial transactions of accounts to provide valuable solutions to partners
- In-depth understanding of the partner and partnership; knows what the business and partnership is all about not just limited to the existing services or current numbers we have with them but to include the other potentials.
- Leads in the development, presentation, discussion and execution of relevant account-specific offers through an ecosystem approach - utilizing company products and services (i.e. Funds Disbursements, Online and Offline Payments, Cash-in, Cash-out, GLife, Adtech, etc.), to address the identified needs/challenges of the partner.
- Develops programs to help ensure KPIs are met
- Perform adhoc functions as may be deemed necessary.
Account Management:
- Responds to, acts on, and monitors the immediate resolution of partner concerns
- a. Replies to emails within 24hours
- b. Returns calls and SMS of partners within 4 hours
- Ensures simple issues and customer concerns are resolved, with the help of support groups within SLAs
- Discerningly escalates unresolved or more complex concerns within 72 hours except in critical cases wherein the IS should immediately be informed for proper handling.
- Being proactive – Ensure that we keep the partners/stakeholders updated on promos, new services, tech updates; Concerns are addressed within reasonable timeline and at the same time partners are updated on the status of the issues raised.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with key decision makers of accounts by establishing regular engagement meetings and activities (i.e. business review)
- Establishes and maintains relationships, knowing the organization and identifying key contacts, influencers and decision makers, and ensures to get Team Leader support to cover top management.
Reporting:
- Complies to management systems and requirements to submit complete and accurate reports on time (i.e. sales call plan, pipeline, key accounts performance review, accounts profile, priority list, product trackers)
- Provides feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
- Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation

- Ability to understand the customer needs, operations and ecosystem based on general relevant industry trends.
