1. Training Program Development: Collaborate with the Cybersecurity and Fraud Awareness Team to design and develop comprehensive training materials, modules, and content related to cybersecurity and fraud awareness.


2. Awareness Campaigns: Plan and execute security awareness campaigns to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization. Develop engaging and informative materials such as posters, emails, and newsletters.


3. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees and other stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices, phishing awareness, social engineering, data protection, and fraud prevention.


4. Content Management: Regularly update and maintain training materials, ensuring that they reflect the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.


5. Metrics and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity and fraud awareness training programs. Generate reports and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.


6. Phishing Simulation Exercises: Organize and execute simulated phishing exercises to evaluate employee awareness and responsiveness. Analyze the results and use them to tailor training content.


7. Compliance and Policy Awareness: Ensure employees are aware of and understand relevant cybersecurity policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


8. Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, HR, and other relevant departments to coordinate training initiatives and awareness campaigns.


9. Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity and fraud trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the training program's relevance.


10. Feedback and Support: Collect feedback from participants, address inquiries, and provide support to individuals seeking guidance on cybersecurity and fraud-related matters.
