First Circle is one of the fastest growing fintechs in South-East Asia, providing smart banking solutions to under-served SMEs. We have already transformed access to credit for thousands of small businesses in the Philippines, and we are now building a full-stack Neobank that will include multi-currency bank accounts, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, payroll.

As we expand from one to three products for our SME customers, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive customer acquisition, enhance our marketing channels, and elevate our brand. This role requires a results-oriented marketer who can execute successful campaigns end to end, project manage effectively, and maintain high standards of brand consistency.

You will be responsible for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, developing compelling messaging which simplifies complex financial concepts for our audience and executing with high standards in all channels, collaterals, and customer touchpoints.

This role involves building and growing marketing channels—including direct mail, influencer partnerships, and social media—while continuously improving performance through data-driven decision-making and utilising SEO. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product, Sales) will be key in aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach business owners with life-changing financial products.
  • Design compelling marketing materials to support customer acquisition across multiple products
  • Build and grow key marketing channels such as direct mail, influencer partnerships, and social media
  • Analyse campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven insights and testing
  • Ensure high standards of brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Ensure complex concepts are clearly communicated to our target audience in a simple and engaging way
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, refining messaging and marketing strategies accordingly
  • Utilise SEO to optimise website content, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic for increased brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Strategise, create, and schedule engaging social media content to enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business objectives
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with expertise marketing to businesses and/or financial products.
  • Proven track record of delivering stand-out marketing campaigns from ideation to results.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving measurable impact, comfortable using analytics to guide decisions and optimise campaigns.
  • Creative with strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Experience managing social media, influencer partnerships, or direct marketing campaigns.
