About the role:

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be the go-to person for all things HR support and office operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for employees while keeping everything running smoothly. 

As a People & Culture Administrator, you will:

  • HR & Employee Support – Assist employees and managers with HR needs, support recruitment coordination, and manage HR platforms like BambooHR, Go1, and OfficeVibe.
  • Office & Event Coordination – Ensure a well-maintained office environment, liaise with cleaners and building managers, and organise engaging team events, celebrations, and CSR initiatives.
  • Admin & Compliance – Manage company administration, travel bookings, expense management, and document control (finance).
  • Leadership Support – Provide key assistance to the CEO and COO with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

  • Experience: 3-5 years in an HR generalist or administration role.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in structure and efficiency.
  • Proactive & Problem-Solver: You find ways to make things happen.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HRIS, LMS, and engagement tools.
