We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office from time to time concerning your commitments.

In this role you will:

  • Source and develop new client relationships, leveraging your existing network, to generate revenue.

  • Maintain and nurture your existing client relationships to drive growth and proactively seek referrals.

  • Stay informed on global and economic news to deliver effective client trading support.

  • Keep up-to-date on competitors and share relevant insights internally.

  • Work across OANDA teams to ensure clients' needs are addressed with appropriate IT and trading platform solutions.

  • Partner with the sales/new accounts team for seamless client onboarding.

  • Educate clients on OANDA's platforms, systems, and trading processes to maximize their satisfaction and OANDA's revenue.

  • Deliver a consistently high-quality service to all clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional and positive image for OANDA.

  • Uphold strong regulatory knowledge and liaise with Legal & Compliance to ensure best sales practices.

  • Pursue personal and professional development to meet evolving role demands and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality.

  • Perform other duties, training, and work hours as reasonably required, consistent with the role's responsibilities.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Significant experience in financial sales, specifically working with companies in the CFD sector.

  • Strong sales ability and a passion for discussing FX trading and other margin trading products with clients.

  • Knowledge of competitors within the CFD sector.

  • Demonstrated interest in and understanding of financial markets and the financial industry.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the CFD sector.

  • Commercially aware and able to identify high-quality leads and business opportunities for partnerships.

  • Business owner mindset.

  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a proactive, positive, and flexible approach to teamwork.

  • Extremely motivated with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and sell to clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Ensure compliance with RG146 certification, including annual CPD points.
