RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes, Squads & Delivery Teams – ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
- Facilitates and lead the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product delivery; understands strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
- Facilitate portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement to standardized practices
- Monitors, measure and improve delivery performance and metrics
- Collaborates with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit realization and value delivered
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management
- Minimum 5 years Agile Portfolio Management; with minimum 1 year people management experience
- Certified/ trained with 2-3 years experience in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
- Experience using Agile program and team performance metrics to drive learning and continuous
- improvement
- Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution • Experience in report automation is an advantage
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- GDS - looker studio - automated reports reporting dashboard using visualization tools- GDS
Desirable Skills/ Good to Haves:
- Data and analytics
- Project Management
- 5 yrs portfolio management experience
- Certification or with background in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
