You will be responsible for the following:
Owns Product design activities for the assigned product under the business group.
Initiate, plan, organize, execute, monitor/ control, & direct the completion of builds.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Drives Experience review / comparative assessment that can improve the product experience.
Work on detailing on the product design with cross-functional teams to ensure all regulatory & commercial requirements are included in builds.
Prepares user stories and co-authors Product Service Design (PSD) documents to verbalize requirements to Commercial and Technical Squad.
Closely work with the Squad, Tribe, Portfolio Mgt. to ensure builds are delivered on spec and on-time, that resources to deliver product features are in place and issues are resolved and properly filed.
Files & manages Product backlog, defects, enhancements until closure.
Attends & co-drives meetings with the scrum master for the effective and efficient development of product features.
Map out the high level customer front-end & back-end experience to aid in product analysis.
Closely work with Product Operationalization to come up with supporting processes, handling and product briefs necessary for launch.
