Driven by our mission to reduce financial inequality and expand access to ethical investments, we are growing our real estate crowdfunding team in the UK and seeking a highly skilled Property Sourcer to source high-potential property investments.

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Property Sourcer to identify and acquire properties that meet our investment criteria, focusing on strong rental yields and capital appreciation potential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK property market, a strong industry network, and a proven track record of securing off-market, below-market-value, or high-potential investment opportunities.

This is a commission-based role, with compensation directly tied to the success of sourced deals. It can be done part-time or alongside an existing role in the property sector, provided there are no conflicts of interest.

• Source and secure residential properties with high yield and capital appreciation potential across the UK.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, auction houses, developers, and property owners to access exclusive deals.
• Conduct initial due diligence, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessment.
• Negotiate favorable terms for property acquisitions and assist in transaction management and completion.
• Ensure all sourced properties comply with relevant UK property laws and sourcing regulations.

• Proven experience in property sourcing, real estate investment, or deal structuring in the UK.
• A strong network of contacts within the UK property investment and development sectors.
• Deep understanding of property valuation, market trends, and investment analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
