Join our team as a Sales Support Intern!

Are you a communicative and detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment? We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Sales Department in the merchant onboarding process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in collecting essential documentation, managing data in our CRM system (Salesforce), and contributing to process improvements. What you will be doing:
  • Owning the onboarding process and required documents with emphasis on collecting AML/KYC documents and risk assessments,
  • Creating a progress report for onboarding status,
  • Recording and storage of all documents collected from the onboarding process (Salesforce)
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data within our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Generating and analysing sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement,
  • Assisting in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics,
  • Assisting in documenting and improving sales processes and workflows,
  • Other task assigned by the supervisor within the scope of competence.


What we are looking for:
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field,
  • Project management and reporting skills,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
  • Fluency in English and Polish,
  • Understanding of data management,
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer and business needs,
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international team,
  • Proactive attitude,
  • Attention to detail in project delivery, reporting, and communication,
  • Excellent communication skills.
