Responsibilities:
- From order flow to execution, hedging, settlement, and monitoring electronic pricing, you’ll manage every step with precision.
- Generate actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize pricing mechanics.
- Ensure accurate trade records, reporting, and PnL tracking, driving transparency and operational excellence.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fuel trading revenue in alignment with our ambitious business plan and be able to drive more trading volumes through new and existing clients.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments and the group to enhance internal trading systems and our tech stack.
- Follow institutional-grade trading best practices to deliver first-class service in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in trading with a leading institution, ideally across digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.
- Strong familiarity with electronic trading systems (including algorithmic and benchmark execution) and end-to-end trade processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Exceptional understanding of trade execution, risk management, and market dynamics.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive independently when needed.
- Results-driven with a knack for decision-making and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in the crypto industry is a major plus, especially with hands-on crypto experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Japanese proficiency as a bonus.
- Familiar with programming languages like Python and VBA.
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays when required.
