Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Implementing Agile Ceremonies and Principles.
• Managing Agile Teams
• Maintaining Artifacts
• Organizing and preparing metric data on a regular basis using repeatable methods.
• Ensuring that all Scrum events are productive, done within the timebox, attended by the correct participants (POs, KBS, etc.)

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree holder and with minimum 6 years experience
• Experience of managing complex project and product development
• Knowledge of managing agile methodology and experience working in Agile environment
• Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
• Experience working collaboratively with a diverse business and IT teams.
• Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution is a plus
