Strategic Planning & Execution :
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global business objectives, focusing on key fintech products and services (e.g., money transfers, digital payments, wealth management, etc.).
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, specifically focusing on fintech trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within Europe and APAC.
Navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the fintech industry across various countries, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.
Develop and manage regional marketing budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI in a performance-driven fintech environment.
Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline trade channels, emphasizing performance marketing, content marketing, and targeted lead generation.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to fintech, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and user engagement metrics.
Adapt global messaging and product positioning to resonate with overseas Filipinos in the regions, considering cultural nuances and local market needs.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Regional Management & Collaboration :
Collaborate closely with sales, product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional fintech partners, influencers, and industry associations.
Manage and coordinate regional fintech events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Stay ahead of emerging fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory changes across Europe and APAC.
Navigate the diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes of various countries within the regions, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
Travel within the regions as required to support marketing initiatives and build relationships.
Digital Marketing & Brand Management :
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on driving user acquisition and engagement for fintech products and services.
Implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, optimizing for conversion and ROI.
Manage regional social media channels and online communities, building brand awareness and engaging with target audiences.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities, emphasizing trust and security in the fintech space.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, optimizing online performance and user experience.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems, leveraging data to personalize marketing campaigns.
Manage localized website content and ensure accurate translation of financial and technical information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on the fintech industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in diverse cultural environments, specifically within Europe and APAC.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Europe or APAC are highly desirable.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Experience with budget management and financial reporting, with a focus on ROI.
