Senior Product Manager, Trading

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Crypto Trading Product Managers to join our growing team. We have 3 openings that will focus on managing spot and derivatives trading products, as well as lending products. In this position, you will drive the development and optimization of cutting-edge trading and lending products, collaborating across teams to ensure the best possible solutions for our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• For Trading (Spot & Derivatives):
• Oversee the development and optimization of crypto trading products, including spot and derivatives.
• Define product strategies, rules, and features to enhance trading functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable and efficient trading solutions.
• Monitor market trends, user feedback, and performance to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure seamless integration of new trading products with existing systems and infrastructure.
• For Lending:
• Manage the lifecycle of crypto lending products, including margin lending, borrowing, and lending rules.
• Develop and enhance clearing systems, margin systems, and lending solutions.
• Work with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure lending products are secure and meet regulatory standards.
• Analyze market demands and customer needs to continuously improve the product offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure smooth product operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the crypto space and adapt products to meet compliance requirements.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.

• Proven experience in managing crypto trading or lending products (spot, derivatives, or lending).

• Solid understanding of trading products, market structures, and margin/clearing systems.
• Strong background in the crypto space, financial markets, or traditional finance.
• Familiarity with market risk management, financial compliance, and product development in the crypto industry.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
