Senior Product Manager, User Growth

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Crypto Growth Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Earn product. In this role, you will develop growth strategies and oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns and marketing systems to drive product adoption and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Earn product, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Drive growth mechanics, including bonuses, coupons, trial funds, and staking incentives, to boost product adoption and user activity.
• Design and manage referral programs to maximize organic growth.
• Oversee the campaign backend, ensuring smooth execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and refine marketing systems that support growth initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform product and growth strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and design, to ensure alignment on growth objectives and execution.

• Proven experience in growth or product management, preferably in fintech or crypto industries.
• Familiarity with financial products, including referrals and staking mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of marketing systems and campaign management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth through incentives, including bonuses, coupons, and trial funds.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Passion for the crypto industry and a deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology is a plus.
