How do we work?
Join our global Trading Team in Warsaw!
You will help manage the hedging and market-making for OANDA’s trading platform as well as participate in the continued enhancement of our platform.
We're keen to have you in the office daily, particularly during onboarding, but we offer the option for a flexible work schedule with some remote work.
In this role, you will:
Manage OANDA's trading platform's market-making and hedging engine; supervise hedging of market maker positions.
Oversee pricing and swap fee creation.
Manage Net Open Position (NOP) levels at Prime Brokers.
Research, gather market intelligence, and analyze/communicate market information to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and trading limits during execution.
Actively manage Client portfolio and ensure excellent service.
Stay updated on market and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer activity, conduct post-trade analysis, and support risk management.
Manage relationships with brokers, key Clients, and other trading division stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff and serve as a market expert for the trading desk and organization.
What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?
Previous experience in a similar position in a trading environment (brokerage companies/banks/financial institutions etc.).
Passion for financial markets, Forex trading and willingness to broaden knowledge of this area.
Very good English.
Ability to work occasional afternoon shifts (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) to cover the US market.
Very good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to look at complex issues from multiple angles.
Good work prioritizing and optimizing skills.
Working experience of MS Excel. (pivot tables, formulas, presenting data)

Securities Broker license
