DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning and Facilitation: Lead strategic planning efforts through the facilitation of business and execution planning efforts

  • Partnership and Collaboration: Lead strategic initiatives to success by extending relevant support to stakeholders, contributing to individual planning and execution, as well as guiding and providing assistance to push deliverables to completion, with a focus on managing internal partnerships and encouraging cross-team collaboration

  • Program Management: Understand, monitor and report progress of group initiatives to ensure progress versus targets

  • Prioritization and Assessment: Help in evaluation and prioritizing tasks to align with organizational strategies

  • Creating Business Presentations: Create and present clear and relevant reports to help leadership in making informed decisions and inciting relevant action

  • Elevate Quality of Work: Contribute to continuous improvement in ways of working and transformational initiatives and help in the development of Tech and Ops talent by continuously creating and sharing material that will help grow knowledge and skills of the team

  • Governance: Help oversee budget utilization, processes, and select strategic projects of the team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years experience in program and stakeholder management, preferably with exposure to FinTech, Technology, Product Delivery, or Operations

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Knowledge in: Business Presentation, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Storytelling and Visualization, Program and Project Management, People and Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Facilitation of Meetings and Workshops

  • Required Skills: Presentation, Effective Communication (with the ability to influence and incite action), Building Relationships, Conceptual and Critical Thinking, Business Acumen, Organization and Attention to Detail, Curiosity, Creativity and Resourcefulness in Problem-Solving, Bias for Action and Quality
