About The Job

We’re looking for System Analyst to participate in the development of Salesforce Team. As a Salesforce analyst, you will work with Sales cloud and Service cloud. This role will be pivotal in understanding business needs, translating them into requirements, and ensuring that our Salesforce solutions align with and fully support the business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 3+ years of Analysis experience within Salesforce
• Experience with integrations (REST API)
• Experience with describing specifications via Swagger
• Experience with deployment process
• Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, UML, BPMN
• Experience with SQL, SOQL queries and relational databases
• Having salesforce certificates would be a plus (Salesforce administrator or Salesforce consultant)

• Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce integration projects.
• Act as a liaison between the business units and the Salesforce developers team, ensuring that the solutions developed meet business requirements.
• Collaboration with QA engineers
• Design, implement and manage advanced custom fields, forms, workflows, and other Salesforce elements.
• Support all stages of the system development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform Salesforce administration functions including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, data models, and process flows.
• Assist with training and provide post-implementation support to users, ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce
• Showing demonstration of developed features to the Business stakeholders
