- Leverage extensive procurement experience within an international financial company to oversee and optimize procurement management processes.
- Develop and implement procurement workflows, including supplier selection, evaluation, management, and outsourcing coordination, ensuring an efficient and compliant supply chain.
- Demonstrate cross-jurisdiction regulatory expertise, ensuring adherence to procurement standards across different regulatory environments.
- Lead the design and implementation of procurement processes that align with public company standards, ensuring operational compliance and efficiency.

- Utilize tools and systems that support global procurement operations, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, cloud platforms with international reach, and project management tools for multi-region workflows.
- Continuously optimize procurement processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement management, preferably within an international financial company.
- Deep understanding of procurement workflows with proven experience in supplier selection, vendor management, and outsourcing.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and improving ERP systems, driving process automation and efficiency.
- Experience in establishing and managing procurement processes compliant with public company standards.
- Strong knowledge of cross-jurisdiction regulations and their application within procurement operations.
- Possession of relevant procurement and vendor management certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proficiency with tools supporting global operations, such as ERP systems, cloud platforms, and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing subsidiary procurement operations, ensuring alignment with group policies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive procurement strategies and improvements.
