You'll be responsible for the following:
Product Operations
- Proactive monitoring and gap analysis across internal and external processes of the product/s handled
- Leading internal and external customers through change management
- Drive process changes and documentation based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external)
Product Launch Readiness
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on the launch readiness of the product/s handled
- Ensure milestones are met or escalated as necessary Identify negative scenarios and develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks related to the product
- Ensure that all requirements prior product or feature launches are completed and risk mitigated.
Product Documentation
- Establish, prepare and maintain the product documentation, including customer experiences, operational handling and negative scenarios
