About the position

The Airtm Chief of Staff will be a key enabler of the CEO, ensuring operational efficiency, alignment, and execution across the organization. This involves leading the company’s strategic planning processes and ensuring the executive team’s objectives and tactics align with the broader vision. The CoS sets the team and the organization on an optimal cadence of planning, performance, and accountability.


Other key responsibilities include operationalizing the CEO's priorities and creating the framework and internal processes that will leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency across the CEOs processes and the wider organization.


The CoS must have exceptional project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail, and be able to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates are armies of one who have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO to execute high-priority initiatives aligned with Airtm’s strategic vision and yearly plans, around financial planning, fundraising and the management of the executive team.
  • Develop and refine internal processes to instill a culture of accountability and efficiency at all levels.
  • Lead Airtm’s strategic planning cycles, track execution, and enforce team accountability across the leadership team throughout the year.
  • Align strategic execution with financial goals, working closely with the entire leadership team on resource allocation and business optimization.

  • Executive and Ad Hoc Team Management
  • Install performance tracking and accountability frameworks for Airtm’s leadership team and the broader organization. 
  • Work closely with the CEO to keep track of leadership team performance and action items. 
  • Work closely with the leadership team to help them succeed. 
  • Will potentially lead whole teams on behalf of CEO or other leaders during transition phases.

  • Whole Business Perspective and System’s Thinking
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Airtm’s platform and business from a system’s perspective.  
  • Create a framework to identify, track, and prioritize the next most important problems. 
  • Dive into the core of issues to drive scalable solutions autonomously installing processes and leveraging AI tools.


Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) with leadership experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems, form a perspective, and execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in SQL, statistics, and financial modeling to drive data-informed decision-making, process optimization and AI-driven automation.
  • An army of one that can create their own work and implement solutions to complex problems. 
  • A passionate learner who's not afraid to learn how to use new tools and technologies. 
  • Eager to get their hands dirty. Biased for action. A meticulous overachiever that takes pride in their problem solving craft.
  • High EQ individual who understands how to influence and drive outcomes by working with a diverse, intelligent, and opinionated team.
