1. Position Summary
Digital Marketing Manager typically work for the company to provide creative solutions for brands. They work closely with the marketing team to determine unique ways to spread awareness about their company and drive product sales. Their job is to review market trends and identify one or target audiences to establish a direction for their campaigns. They may also pull data from email lists, advertisements and digital content to determine the levels of engagement each received.

Digital Marketing Manager compare the company’s advertising techniques and offerings with those of competing businesses. They should help maintain a profitable message for the company and help with research. They should keep an eye on data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption and ensure that potential clients and consumers view the company’s buy products / services.
2. Detail Duties & Responsibilities will include the following:
2.1. Build the company digital marketing roadmap
2.2. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
2.3. Measure KPIs and prepare budget.
2.4. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
2.5. With collaboration of Sales team Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase the company market segment
2.6. Liaise with Product, recommend, collaborate the design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
2.7. Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
2.8. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2.9. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
2.10. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
2.11. Communicate with stakeholders and customers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
2.12. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
2.13. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
2.14. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
2.15. Work & Generate ideas, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
2.16. Research advertising trends
2.17. Research competitors’ pricing and products
2.18. Recommends on appropriate placement of ads
2.19. Determine and/or submit recommendations what content will reach customers
2.20. Publish digital marketing content online
2.21. Implement email marketing campaigns
2.22. Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
2.24. Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders and customers.
2.25. Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
2.26. Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
2.29. Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
2.30. Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
2.31. Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
2.34. Working with their team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
2.35. Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Required experience & skills
· BA degree in Marketing & related fields
· a mix of technical, analytical, and creative skills.
· Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media campaigns. Content Creation: Writing, designing, and producing engaging content.
· good communication skills, knowledge of SEO and web optimization, familiarity with data analytics tools, and an understanding of social media platforms.
· 2-5 years of relevant experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
