Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Financial Processing Officer, on a 9-month maximum term contract, to join our ASX listed company, working in a small but varied team offering a hybrid working environment!

What is this role about?

The Financial Processing Officer provides a range of processing services for one its related entities and is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities associated with the timely and accurate processing of its payables and receivables.

The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:

Review and verify valid tax invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies, controls, and procedures
Administer creation/modification of Vendor and Debtor accounts
Prepare vendor payment runs, transfers, international, ad hoc or urgent payments
Administer client pricing, monthly billing process and debtor management
Engage with suppliers and internal staff assisting with invoice and account queries
Administer direct debit, subscription, and corporate card systems

What can you bring?
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

Proven accounts payable and receivable experience in similar role
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with key stakeholders
Strong work ethic and can prioritise, multitask, and work within set frameworks
Computer literacy – Xero, Outlook, Word & Excel
