Join us as an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Portuguese market by converting qualified leads into Qonto customers. You will work closely with Aitor, our Team Lead for Southern Europe, as part of a dynamic international sales hub based in Barcelona.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Inside Sales Manager at Qonto, you will:

Manage the complete sales cycle for the Portuguese market, from receiving leads daily to qualifying them and closing them by converting them into active Qonto accounts

Contact with prospects, following up with personalized emails and scheduling follow-up calls to drive conversions

Conduct product demonstrations when needed to showcase Qonto's value proposition to potential customers

Achieve monthly MRR targets through consistent lead qualification and conversion

Collaborate with the wider Southern Europe team to share best practices and continuously improve conversion rates


🤔 What you can expect:

Market/Team Context: You'll join our Southern Europe sales hub in Barcelona, working with a diverse team of sales professionals from Spain, Italy, and other markets. The Portuguese market is characterized by a high proportion of freelancers and microenterprises, offering significant growth potential.

 Methodologies: We value reactivity and efficiency in our inbound sales process. Our approach focuses on quick response times to new leads, thorough qualification, and personalized follow-up to maximize conversions.

Team Rituals: Weekly one-on-one meetings with your manager, team weeklies for Spain and Portugal (conducted in English), and bi-weekly hub meetings. You'll also receive regular feedback on your calls to continuously improve your performance.

Tools: You'll work with Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track KPIs, including MRR, time to contact, call volume, and lead conversion rates.

Aitor leads the Southern Europe sales team at Qonto. With previous experience at Payfit, he brings a dynamic and team-oriented management style to the role.

🏅 About You:

• Fluent Portuguese speaker: You are fluent in Portuguese and you can effectively communicate with prospects in the Portuguese market

• Sales experience: You have at least one year of experience in a sales role, preferably in inbound sales, account executive or lead qualification

• Customer-focused: You have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to understand and address customer needs

• Adaptability: You can quickly learn new products and processes, and adjust your approach based on customer feedback

• Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to team culture while working toward individual targets
