How do we work?

You'll become an integral part of our small, collaborative AP Team of Accounting Specialists, based in Krakow, which is a key component of a larger, global Finance and Accounting Department.

If you're looking for a role that offers both autonomy and the support of a global network, we encourage you to apply! You will be assisting with processing invoices, maintaining payment schedules, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves supporting the Team with month-end closings and ad-hoc requests.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Krakow office 4 times per month concerning your commitments.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in processing and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.

  • Help with the preparation and maintenance of payment schedules.

  • Support the Team in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

  • Assist with a month-end process.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (at least in the third year of studies).

  • Good command of Polish and English (B2 level).

  • Ability to work min. 30 hours weekly for 3 months.

  • Good MS Excel skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.

  • A team player with good communication abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards.
