How do we work?
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the business strategy and roadmap while working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role requires high-level expertise in product management, through which OANDA can deliver excellent customer experiences, forge productive working relationships internally and externally, and implement best practices that make a positive impact on client revenue, organizational performance and compliance.
In this role, you will:
Set the business strategy and roadmap based on the KPIs for your product area in close
collaboration with internal stakeholders
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and product teams to translate goals into concrete deliverables
Perform cost-benefit and post-delivery analysis
Lead product delivery, from scope discussion, to customer discovery, to estimates, commitments, planning, documentation, communications and launch
Identify cross-functional requirements and manage dependencies with other product teams
Manage vendor relationships (vendor selection, contract negotiation, agreeing and monitoring SLAs, relationship management etc.)
Participate in Business Acceptance Testing before releasing significant changes on Production Environment
Ensure content is produced for websites, training materials, FAQs, external launch emails etc. for your respective product area

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:
5+ years of experience in project management/product management in a complex working environments.
Subject matter expert for your respective value stream
Proven track record of delivering on roadmaps, setting priorities and managing difficult stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience of turning client requirements into successful products.
Experienced in supporting Sales teams in identifying and closing client opportunities.
Experience with agile development methodologies; writing user stories, managing backlog.
Confident user of the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence).
Work environment
