The Intern – NDS Associate Engagement and Experience is responsible for providing assistance to the Culture team to ensure that all key areas of the program are effectively executed, monitored, and communicated. This position focuses on executing upon deliverables that help the team progress toward goals, collecting and analyzing metrics and data, internal and external research, streamlined asset development, and event and program planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partake in the concepting, creation and delivery of internal and external culture-related communications.
- Provide assistance with executing programs and initiatives with phased deliveries (some cyclical).
- Complete internal, external, and competitive culture initiative research.
- Analyze data and reports, as well as log and record strategic metrics to determine program success.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to accurately deliver reports, metrics, and feedback.
- Identify and create opportunities to improve social impact.
- Seek feedback from associates
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma; enrolled in a University pursuing a degree in appropriate discipline.
